What is a Construction Manager?

A construction manager oversees and coordinates construction projects. Construction managers are responsible for planning, organizing, and managing all aspects of the construction process, from project initiation to completion. They work closely with project stakeholders, such as clients, architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors, to ensure that projects are executed efficiently and meet the desired objectives.
